Hello, I'm Sideena.
I'm an MIT aerospace engineer, physicist, and founder passionate about creating health and wellness solutions that are both effective and empowering. I've always believed thoughtful design should make life better, not harder.
My own search for relief started early. At age 15, I began dealing with severe cramps and chronic back pain that left me searching for something that actually worked. I couldn't find a product that gave me real relief without making me feel exposed in public or restricted in my movement.
After extensive research and development, including interviews with 200+ people and product testing on 100+ bodies ranging in age from 14 to 80+, Secret Relief was born. It's a discreet wearable with multiple targeted features that relieve pain in the lower abdomen, back, and pelvic area.
That gap between the relief people needed and what actually existed never left me.
