Measure around your waist at the point where the underwear will sit — just below your belly button. Measure your hips at the fullest point. If you're between sizes, size up.

Because Secret Relief is an intimate supportwear garment, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons. All sales are final.
